Muscle knot or kink in pectoral muscle under breast tissue.?
I have a really bad muscle knot or kink in my pectoral muscle. However I can't massage it or even really apply heat because I have very large breasts and it's pretty inaccessible.
I'm on muscle relaxants and take ibuprofen for pain/inflammation. I tried applying heat but it doesn't really seem to work very well in this area. I have a series of knots/kinks in my back, shoulder, arm etc , and I think they're all from the same weird keystrokes I started doing on my keyboard for a video game.
Anyway...I'm able to work on the other kinks with massage and icy/hot etc., But aside from the muscle relaxants and ibuprofen I have no idea what I could do for the one in the pectoral muscle.
Any serious advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
